Using video calls

A few minutes before the meeting starts, click the link. You'll be asked if you want to open the app or browser. Choose "Open" or "Join".

The app asks for permission to use camera and microphone. Press "Allow" on both. Without this, others cannot see or hear you.

Before entering the meeting, you often see yourself in a small window. Check that the lighting is good and the camera captures your face.

Click "Join" or "Join Meeting". You now enter the meeting and can see other participants.

At the bottom of the screen you find buttons for microphone and camera. Press the microphone icon to turn sound on/off. Press the camera icon to turn video on/off.

When the call is finished, press the red "End" or "Leave" button. You exit the meeting.
