How do I log in to Helsenorge?
Log in at helsenorge.no with BankID or BankID app. MinID only gives limited access (school health services). Go to helsenorge.no, click 'Log in' and select your login method.
How do I book a doctor's appointment?
Log in to helsenorge.no, go to 'Appointments' and select 'Book appointment'. You can book with your GP or specialist.
How do I see my prescriptions?
Log in to helsenorge.no and go to 'Prescriptions'. There you'll see all active prescriptions and can renew them.
How do I change my GP?
Log in to helsenorge.no and go to 'GP'. Click 'Change GP' and search for available doctors in your area.
How do I read my medical records?
Log in to helsenorge.no and go to 'Patient records'. There you can read what the doctor has written about you.
What do I do in case of acute illness?
For acute illness call 113 (ambulance) or 116 117 (emergency room). Helsenorge is only for non-urgent inquiries.
