Who is LettDigital for?
Our mission
Many people in Norway, both Norwegians and newcomers, struggle with digital public services. They risk being excluded from important services like NAV, the Tax Office, and Health Norway.
LettDigital was created to make it easier for everyone to understand and use these services. We explain complicated processes with simple words, large fonts, and step-by-step guides.
Who are we?
LettDigital is an independent project that wants to help those who fall outside the digital society. We are not affiliated with NAV, the Tax Office, or Health Norway, but we have great respect for the work these agencies do.
Our information is based on official information from the relevant agencies, but we always recommend checking the official websites for the latest information.
Accessibility
We have designed LettDigital with all users in mind:
- Adjustable text size - Make the text larger with the button in the bottom right
- High contrast mode - For better readability
- Simple language - We avoid difficult words and jargon
- Keyboard navigation - All functions can be used without a mouse
- Screen reader friendly - Compatible with assistive devices
