Learn how to book an appointment with your GP via Helsenorge. You can book an appointment at any time - including evenings and weekends.
How to book a doctor's appointment
Go to helsenorge.no and log in with BankID or MinID. Click "Logg inn" in the top right corner.

What do I do if...
...there are no available times?
Call the medical office directly. They can often find solutions for urgent needs.
...my GP doesn't have online booking?
Some medical offices haven't activated online booking. Then you must call to book an appointment.
...I need to cancel the appointment?
Log in to Helsenorge, go to "My appointments" and click "Cancel". Do this at least 24 hours before the appointment.
...I'm acutely ill?
Call the medical office or emergency services at 116 117. Don't use online booking for acute illness.
