On Helsenorge you can see all your prescriptions and request renewal without calling the doctor. Easy and fast!
How to view and renew prescriptions
Go to helsenorge.no and log in with BankID. Click "Logg inn" in the top right corner.
Important!
You must use BankID (not MinID) to see prescriptions.

Can all prescriptions be renewed without an appointment?
No, some medicines (like strong painkillers or sleeping pills) require a new evaluation. Then you must book an appointment.
How long does renewal take?
Usually 1-3 business days, but it can vary. Request renewal well before the medicine runs out!
Can I pick up medicine at a different pharmacy?
Yes! Your prescriptions are stored electronically and can be picked up at any pharmacy in Norway.
