View and renew prescriptions

After logging in, click on "Resepter" in the menu or on the front page. You can also search for "resepter".

You see a list of all your prescriptions. Green prescriptions are active (valid). Red or gray are expired. Click on a prescription to see details.

If a prescription is about to expire or you need new medicine, click "Request renewal". Write a short message to the doctor about why you need renewal.

The doctor reviews the request and renews the prescription if appropriate. This usually takes 1-3 business days. You'll be notified when the prescription is renewed.

When the prescription is renewed, you can pick up the medicine at any pharmacy. They can see your prescription when you provide your national ID number.
