Who can get help?
Housing allowance
For those with low income and high housing costs. Both renters and homeowners can apply.
Starter loan
For those who cannot get a loan from a regular bank, but have the ability to service a loan over time.
Municipal housing
For those who cannot find housing on their own due to health, finances or other circumstances.
