Pay bills

In the menu you'll find "Pay", "Payment" or "New payment". Click on this to start a new payment.

Select which account the money should be taken from. Check that you have enough money in the account.

Enter the recipient's account number (11 digits). You can find this on the bill, often labeled "To account" or "Account number".

Enter the KID number exactly as it appears on the bill. This is important so the recipient knows what the payment is for.

Enter the amount you will pay. Check that it matches the bill.

Select when the payment should be made. You can pay immediately or set a future date. Remember that the due date is the deadline.

Review all the information: account number, KID, amount and date. When everything is correct, click "Pay" or "Approve".

You receive confirmation that the payment is registered. The payment will be deducted from your account on the selected date.
